Hey Coach is a tool/app designed by online coaches for online coaches. It's designed to make coaches, and trainers, and doctors (and anyone else who works with clients and needs to track their diet and lifestyle habits) lifes easier. By having all their clients meals, sleep & steps (coming soon) and habit data in one central place.

Habit Tracking tasks as see by the user/client in the app. Note - these tasks are customisable by the coach. The client can also attach photos to each entry (for proof, or to show off etc)

Hey Coach, with it's 'Habit Tracking' feature allows you - as the clients coach - to monitor such tasks.
You can specify what tasks you want to track, and the client simply ticks these off when they have done them.
In turn, you can see what your client is doing well, and what needs improving.
Do you have a client who has a drinking or smoking problem? Maybe you set one of the tasks to 'No alcohol/smokes today' and they tick it off when they complete that task.
Or you may be using Hey Coach with a sports team, and you want your athletes to go for a run a few times a week. You can add this to the groups 'task'. Then the athlete simply ticks it off the task in the Hey Coach app when complete.
You as a coach can then pull up this data and see who has been doing the task and who hasn't.
The power this gives a coach is immense.
